Cross-country IFR beauty with a 270HP turbocharged 6-cylinder Lycoming, FIKI-approved TKS, 4-place oxygen, Garmin WAAS avionics / autopilot, and re-sealed Monroy extended-range fuel tanks. 1800 TT.
If you're reading this, then I probably don't need to sell you on what a great plane the Mooney Bravo is. We've taken it coast-to-coast many times. We spent a summer hopping between national parks, camping our way around the country. It's been to Oshkosh. It got me to and from work. We taught our dog to fly in it. It's been amazing.
Cruising in the low flight levels, you can go direct almost anywhere. Best power gives about 196 KTAS, and it operates very well LOP (175 KTAS at 14 GPH).
This one has FIKI TKS, built-in oxygen, and what I would describe as a "semi-upgraded" panel: twin G5s for primary instruments, a GFC-500 autopilot, and a modern JPI engine monitor. This allowed me to fly single-pilot low IFR with confidence, which happened a lot when I was based in the Pacific northwest.
I believe it spent its first 22 years in Idaho, Alberta, then Minnesota. I’ve owned it since 2020, mostly in Oregon and recently in Florida. No known damage history, and to the best of my knowledge was hangared full-time until 2024.
Complete physical and digital logbooks provided, and engine monitor data since July 2021. No known damage history. Annual due Nov 2026.
I'm a current CFI, able to provide transition training if needed.
